Vodafone Cubee Christmas Clones
Our Challenge: Assist in the promotion of the Vodafone Cubee Xmas Clones - 10 original ornament designs that users could customise with their own face to decorate their Christmas tree or use as place settings.
Our Response - working with the crafty crew @ Frankie.com.au we put together a campaign targeting female crafty types with supporting editorial and display components.
Our objective was to provide strong brand integration for Vodafone in an environment that captured an audience who would engage and respond positively to an initiative of this type.
A clickable blog post (editorial integration) was written by Frankie's editorial team detailing information on the Cubee Xmas Clones & the viral promotion which formed part of this campaign (users could e-mail their designs to friends and go into a draw to win $5,000).
This blog, situated on the home page of Frankie, featured throughout the launch period of the campaign and garnered massive interest in the lead up to Christmas.
Supporting display advertisements were then used throughout the site to maximise exposure and direct traffic through to the dedicated Christmas Clone site.
Results -
Display ads gained a 0.18% CTR.
